Venue Hire in Devon

We have a number of different venue hire options available for your conference, meeting, corporate event, or team building activity, and a licensed bar and entertainment licence until 1 o'clock. The prices quoted below are for venue hire only, but include use of our extensive grounds, limited kitchen facilities, use of a very large car park and facilities.

Corporate Events and Activities

Canonteign House - The Fern Room

The Fern Room at Canonteign House can accommodate up to 75 delegates and is available six days a week, Monday - Saturday between the following times.

Times: 10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5 pm

Cost:
Weekdays £600.00 + VAT
Saturdays £800.00 + VAT

Lakeside Marquee and Venue Hire

Up to 250 delegates can be catered for on our marquee area, overlooking a beautiful lake and close to the waterfalls. Prices include use of the covered bar and courtyard, kitchen facilities and parking, but excludes marquee hire. 

Cost: £1500.00

Covered Barn and Courtyard

Our covered barn will seat up to 75 delegates and is the perfect place for an informal meeting or team building event, spilling out onto a pretty courtyard overlooking the lakes and national parkland.

Cost: £1000.00 

Lakeside Cafe

Subject to availability, our lakeside cafe can seat up to 30 delegates, and makes an ideal venue in Devon for smaller corporate events such as breakfast meetings, AGM's and seminars.

Cost: £150.00 (hourly rates available on request)

Exclusive use

It is possible to hire Canonteign House and the Estate on an exclusive use basis for day and/or evening events by negotiation.
