Venue Hire

We have a number of different hire options available, and a licensed bar and entertainment licence until 2 o'clock. 

Lakeside Cafe

Subject to availability, our lakeside cafe makes an ideal venue for smaller parties seating up to 30 guests.

Cost: £150.00 (hourly rates available on request) + VAT

Covered Barn and Courtyard

Our covered barn will seat 75 guests and is the perfect place for a party, spilling out onto a pretty courtyard overlooking the lakes and national parkland.

Cost: £1250.00 

Lakeside Marquee Area (including Covered Barn and Courtyard)

Larger parties of up to 250 guests can be catered for on our marquee area, overlooking a beautiful lake and close to the waterfalls. Prices include use of the covered barn and courtyard, kitchen facilities and parking, but excludes marquee hire.  Marquee site alone costs £1250.00 to hire 

Cost: £2000.00 + VAT

Exclusive use

It is possible to hire the estate on an exclusive use basis for day and/or evening events by negotiation.
